How to lodge your travel insurance claim
Step 1: Simply complete the relevant sections of the claim form
- To avoid any delays in processing your claim, please answer the
questions with as much detail as possible.
Step 2: Please supply us with all required documentation
- Include specific dates and explain how/where the expense was incurred.
- Please refer to the checklist at the end of each section to ensure all
required documentation is provided.
- If you do not have some of the required documentation,
please ensure you provide us with a detailed explanation
of the reason why.
If you do not provide us with all the required documentation
- We will need to communicate with you to request the required
documentation which will DELAY the completion of your claim.
Step 3: Sign your claim form
- Please ensure that the CLAIM FORM IS SIGNED and is sent with all
the required documentation.

How to lodge your medical declaration form
- If you are aged under 81 years of age and your Pre-existing Medical Condition does not fall within Groups 1 or 2 and you would like to apply for cover for your Pre-existing Medical Condition, we will require you to download and complete the ‘Medical Declaration Form (Under 81 years of age)’ below and send it to us for consideration.
- If you are aged 81 years or over, you must download and complete the ‘81 Years and Over Medical Declaration Form’ below and send it to us for consideration.
What happens now?
Please fax or email (with attachments as scanned documents) the completed medical declaration form (as outlined below). The assessment outcome will be directed (via email/fax) to the travel agent handling the travel insurance, within 1 business day provided all relevant information is present and/or unless instructed otherwise.

How do I know how my claim is progressing?
We endeavour to process your claim within 10 working days of receipt. We will contact you if we require further information from you. We will also send you an acknowledgement letter once we receive your claim.
